Join this 6-week women’s wellness group created by Monica Burton for busy women who need a moment to breathe, reset, and feel supported. Each week, we’ll gather for gentle walks in nature and at the end of the walk we will have coffee/tea and talk about simple and practical strategies to manage stress and anxiety. Participants will also receive guidance on nutritional approaches and recipes that help improve mood and reduce anxiety symptoms. The group provides a supportive community, nonjudgmental setting to build sustainable self-care practices, enhance coping skills, and improve overall well-being within the context of a busy lifestyle.
The group starts Friday May 15th at 7:15am- 8:15am We will meet outside the Sumitra Espresso Lounge in Gulfport Fl. Then we’ll go for our walk. At the end, we’ll meet back at Sumitra for coffee or tea and review practical tips and strategies for managing stress and anxiety. Coffee and tea are included in the program cost, along with one weekly recipe designed to improve mood and reduce anxiety. During the 6 weeks, I will set up 30 minute individual calls 3 times during the program. Those can be scheduled during the group walk. These call are individual calls to create check in's during the 6 weeks.

Cost is $300 for the 6 weeks. You can pay one payment of $300 or two payments of $175 each.

This program is an educational program, not therapy, designed to help busy women with identifying healthy, practical strategies to take care of themselves and help manage stress and anxiety which we all face. Because taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury—it’s essential.
